Cold solder joints, which may cause instability, are prevented by using leaded solder and Hakko FX-888D soldering irons.

 

The flux used leaves minimal residue on the PCB, and component leads are cut short to reduce the probability of a short-circuit.

 

Each PCB is tested before the units are sent out and they have a 2-year warranty.
